I can’t wait to start the last book of the trilogy. It was a fun read, and my complaints are mostly nitpicks-the book would have been stronger if those things hadn’t been an issue, but it doesn’t ruin my enjoyment of reading about Daring Do. I don’t have as much to say about this book as I did about Marapore, even though I think I like this book just a little bit better.

It was fun seeing her in new situations, and these books do a great job at expanding the land of Equestria while also referencing bits from the show. Daring Do was a little more involved in the plot from the beginning, and I loved getting to know her a little better. I enjoyed this book as much as the first.
